Nowadays German wine producers are doing incredible things with Riesling, Pinot Noir and other grape varieties. Leading the charge is Clemens Busch, the wizard of the Mosel who pioneered biodynamic & organic winemaking in Germany. We’re also huge fans of Schnaitmann’s “Grand Cru” Pinot Noir.
