It was wonderful to host Carolina Supino of Castello di Neive at Tozi the other day.

Castello di Neive has been making wine in the village of Neive since 1964, when the Stupino family took ownership of some of Barbaresco's most prized vineyard sites alongside the famous 18th-century castle, in whose cellars Louis Oudart vinified the first dry red Nebbiolo wines in the 1850s.

Their Santo Stefano cru is one of Barbaresco's greatest vineyards - a name that appears on bottles collected and cellared by serious Piedmont lovers the world over.

We can't recommend these wines enough. All three wines in the Discover Case are an excellent introduction, but are also available separately.

Cellar Plan members get 10% off, and all orders over £75 qualify for free delivery. Shipping in June.
