IPSUM means itself in Latin. The traditional method in Bordeaux is blending, however, our wish is also to create single-varietal cuvées, hence IPSUM, an offbeat collection. Here is a 100% Cabernet Franc natural wine, one of the most common grape varieties in Bordeaux wines. Without added sulphur, the fruity aromas preserved in the wine.
"Very expressive and complex nose full of red currants, cranberry, and dark cherry, with a soft peppery character throughout. Fuller body than expected with strong tannins to back it up and that peppery persistence all the way to the end."
