In the heart of Clos de los Siete, Bodega DiamAndes stands as a winemaking haven, producing wines that resonate with intensity and finesse from their beautiful vineyards high up in Argentina's Uco Valley.
Set up in 2005 by the esteemed Bonnie Family (the famous name behind Malartic Lagraviere & Gazin Rocquencourt), this is another very successful project from an established Bordeaux dynasty. We are always on the look out for top Argentinian wine and the DiamAndes range is certainly one of the best we've tasted recently! Nestled 1100 meters above sea level, this 130-hectare single block, framed by the Andes, cultivates a terroir unlike any other. Committed to sustainable practices, since 2019, they've embraced organic farming, proudly earning certifications for sustainability and vegan practices.
The Wine
DiamAndes produce a stunning range of wines from their different vineyard sites, with an emphasis on terroir expression and French grape varieties. We are big fans of their whites, which are always well-received by critics and Club Members, especially the gorgeous Perlita Chardonnay and the Uco Vallery Viognier, varieties not often associated with Argentina but one that DiamAndes are doing wonders with!
