Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc Domaine Rapet Père & Fils 2023 is a classic Côte de Beaune Chardonnay with a lovely balance of freshness and quiet depth. It's clean and lively, with a gentle roundness from lees ageing and a fine mineral line running through the finish.

It’s made from 100% Chardonnay grown on the limestone-rich slopes around Pernand-Vergelesses, often on quite steep, south- to south-west-facing sites. The 2023 vintage here is bright and precise. Despite a warm growing season, careful picking and élevage have kept good tension and freshness in the wines, giving them a slightly racy, mineral feel alongside ripe fruit.
