Last year Neal Martin said “Duroché’s style of wine is very much in the mold of… Romain Taupenot in Morey-Saint-Denis" and that the latter is now “one of the most reliable and exciting estates” and we wholeheartedly concur.

What the critics say:

92-94/100Neal Martin, Vinous

"The 2021 Corton-Rognet Grand Cru comes from a single parcel. It has a pretty, pastille-like red cherry and raspberry scented nose that just needs a little more amplitude. The palate is quite spicy on the entry and here there is much more delineation and finesse than the aromatics imply, very cohesive and well-knit on the finish. Excellent."
