A pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture, Clemens has spent decades crafting some of the most exhilarating expressions of Riesling from the steep slate slopes of the Mosel. His wines—highly sought after for their purity, energy, and remarkable sense of place—have received widespread acclaim, with recent vintages earning top scores from Wine Advocate and James Suckling.

For this special evening, we were dining at Brunswick House, a Georgian mansion steeped in history, now home to one of London’s most distinctive dining rooms. With its atmospheric, antique-filled interiors and a menu renowned for bold, seasonal cooking, it provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable exploration of Clemens’ wines.
