The 2023 vintage represents another huge success at Domaine Anne et Herve Sigaut. Grapes were harvested in the cooler morning hours (6 am–1 pm) to preserve freshness amid Burgundy’s warm harvest conditions. The wines are farmed biodynamically and are unfiltered and unfined, capturing their purest expression of terroir.
"With 80-year-old vines and 40% new oak, this cuvée is rich and layered. Black fruit, spice, and a touch of toast create a compelling aromatic profile, while dark cherry and blackberry on the palate are supported by warm, woody spices like cardamom and cinnamon. Generous and long, this is a structured wine built for aging."
