The 2023 vintage represents another huge success at Domaine Anne et Herve Sigaut. Grapes were harvested in the cooler morning hours (6 am–1 pm) to preserve freshness amid Burgundy’s warm harvest conditions. The wines are farmed biodynamically and are unfiltered and unfined, capturing their purest expression of terroir.
"Two parcels of 50-year-old vines rooted in limestone-rich soils produce this wine. The nose offers bright red fruit and raspberry, while the palate delivers silky tannins, dark cherry, and plum. Less homogeneous, this cuvée highlights terroir-specific nuances and finishes with elegance."

"A cool and super-elegant nose features the essence of various red berries along with whiffs of exotic jasmine tea and barely enough wood influence to mention. The lilting and refined though not dense flavors exhibit reasonably good length on the youthfully austere finale where a touch of warmth slowly emerges."
