Anne and Hervé Sigaut kindly postponed relaxing in to the weekend to host us for a tasting at 6.30pm on a Friday.
And we are very glad they did. From the village wine right up to the senior crus, the domaine has managed to capture Chambolle’s signature florality and sensuousness. We are really pleased to offer these.
The grapes are biodynamically farmed, 100% destemmed, and the wines unfiltered and unfined.

"Here there is no funkiness to the cool, airy and pure aromas of red berries, rose petal and discreet wood. The lilting and more refined, indeed even delicate, middleweight flavors exude a subtle minerality on the sour cherry-suffused and sneaky long finish. This well-made effort will need a few years to add depth."
