The 2023 vintage represents another huge success at Domaine Anne et Herve Sigaut. Grapes were harvested in the cooler morning hours (6 am–1 pm) to preserve freshness amid Burgundy’s warm harvest conditions. The wines are farmed biodynamically and are unfiltered and unfined, capturing their purest expression of terroir.
"Situated near celebrated vineyards like Roumier, this parcel features 55-year-old vines rooted in chalky soils similar to “Les Sentiers.” The wine offers a dark fruit profile of blackberry and mulberry, with lovely acidity and beautifully integrated tannins. The finish is long and precise, with a mineral freshness that elevates its profile."
