Collection: Zuccardi 2026 Releases

This is the best new release that Zuccardi has ever put out, and among the very best we've ever tasted from South America - with a string of perfect scores to match.

Sebastián works his high-altitude Uco Valley sites the way a grower in Burgundy thinks about a single climat, "made in the bones, not the flesh", as he puts it, chasing texture and tension over richness and weight. The results speak for themselves: Finca Piedra Infinita's 'Supercal' and 'Gravascal', both single-vineyard, both just a few thousand bottles, have each picked up 100 points from the Wine Advocate and Jeb Dunnuck, plus 100 points from James Suckling for the latter. This is Burgundy transposed to the Andes, and Sebastián remains both an iconoclast and a genius.

The third wine, the Finca Las Cuchillas Chardonnay, is a reminder that Sebastián's gift isn't limited to Malbec. Joaquín Hidalgo at Vinous gave it 99 points, calling it "complex and supremely expressive" with the kind of chalky, energetic precision I'd expect from a serious white Burgundy, not Mendoza. At £270 per case of six, this is astonishing value for money and a no-brainer for fans of top flight Chardonnay.

These are produced in minute volumes, and once the five cases of each available on our website are gone, that's it until the next vintage. Shipping early 2027.
