Situated in the heart of Puligny-Montrachet in Burgundy, Domaine Alain Chavy is a winery rooted in tradition and quality winemaking. The Chavy family has been tending to vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet for generations, passing down their knowledge and passion. Alain Chavy’s 7ha estate covers some of the most prestigious Puligny Village and Premier Cru sites (including the majestic Les Clavoillons, which he shares with Domaine Leflaive).
Whilst we represent a narrow selection of who Burgundy’s best and best value growers, we were so impressed by Alain Chavy’s wines when tasting them that we simply had to add them to the list! Stylistically the emphasis is on restraint and purity of fruit, freshness and focus, precision and tension, and the Domaine has quickly become a jewel in the heart of the appellation.
