Domaine Amelie et Charles Sparr, Sensation Pinot Gris, 2018, 1x75cl

From our good friends Amelie and Charles, this Pinot Gris is really aromatic, offering ripe pears, apricots and a beautifully rounded texture. 

Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru, Clos Sur La Roche, Domaine Saumaize-Michelin, 2021, 1x75cl

Elegant yet powerful, with layers of citrus, white peach and a touch of vanilla from oak ageing. A style I really love.

Château d'Armailhac, 2017, 1x75cl

A polished and poised Pauillac, with cassis, cedar, and a touch of graphite wrapped in fine, velvety tannins. A superb festive Claret. 

Yalumba, 'The Signature' Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz, 2021, 1x75cl

Powerful black fruits, cacao nibs and some refined spices. It's the Aussie classic at its very best. 

Niepoort, Vintage Port, 1997, 1x75cl

Rich dried apricots, fig and hints of dark chocolate. This is a guaranteed showstopper and the perfect finale to any festive feast.
