Based in the prestigious Côte de Nuits village of Vosne-Romanée, Domaine Cacheux is a family-run estate with a winemaking history spanning four generations. The domaine covers approximately 7 hectares of vines, primarily within Vosne-Romanée, with holdings in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, and the renowned Échezeaux Grand Cru.

The Vosne-Romanée village wine from Domaine Jacques Cacheux is sourced from several parcels within the Vosne-Romanée appellation, spread across classic mid-slope sites on the Côte de Nuits. These vineyards sit on limestone-rich, clay-limestone soils, which are key to Vosne’s hallmark combination of perfume, depth and finesse.

OUR GROWERS

Domaine Jacques Cacheux

The Cacheux family's journey into winemaking can be traced back to the late 1800s when they first began cultivating vines in the Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges areas.

However, it wasn't until the 1930s that Jacques Cacheux, the eponymous founder of the domaine, truly established the family's presence in the Burgundian wine world.
