Primosic Tasting

Join us at TOZI in Victoria for a special evening with owner and winemaker Marko Primosic, continuing a family estate rooted in Oslavia and the Collio hills.  Friuli is responsible for some Italy's finest but least well-known whites and reds - from both local and international varieties and, as Vinous' Eric Guido writes, "the Primosic winery was one of the founding members of the Collio DOC and remains one of its shining stars."

Working with the region’s distinctive ponca soils and cool Adriatic influences, Primosic crafts wines of clarity, texture and finesse, from fresh, vibrant unoaked styles to richer, more complex expressions which Guido calls "a big standout from my Friuli-Venezia Giulia tastings. The wines are incredibly fresh, never overdone, and packed with so much character...." 

This is a rare chance to taste across the range with Marko himself. Guests are warmly encouraged to stay on for dinner afterwards.
