Hautes Côtes de Nuits ‘Cuvée Maëlie’, Domaine Jean Tardy et Fils, 2015 is a mature Burgundy now sitting in a sweet spot. Silky and refined, it has fine tannins, gentle acidity, and a long, savoury finish.
The 2015 vintage in Burgundy was excellent — warm, generous and consistent — producing wines with ripeness, depth, and structure. Nearly a decade on, many are now drinking beautifully, and this cuvée is a perfect example of how the vintage has evolved with harmony rather than heaviness.
