Each of Philippe's wines clearly express their terroirs and he treats each plot differently. Two-thirds of his 13 hectares are white, the other remaining third red.

Philippe uses minimal chemical intervention, relatively low new oak (20-25%) and just a bit of lees stirring during elevage. His Burgundies are seamless, his understanding of expressing terroir masterful.
