Harvest at Domaine Tollot Beaut began on 26 September and lasted ten days, a later pick that suited the naturally juicy profile of the 2024 vintage. Everything here is 100% destemmed, and the wines were racked in August, with final blending to take place shortly before bottling. The domaine works with organic practices and no herbicides, although the pressure of mildew in 2024 meant treatments were more frequent than usual.

The naturally open, juicy character of the vintage aligns well with Tollot Beauts style. Acidity remained fresh and crunchy, extraction was kept gentle, and the wines show clear fruit, floral lift and fine, dusty tannins, alongside the signature weight & power you find at this domaine. The wines have not yet been blended or filtered, but already show impressive clarity and balance.

OUR GROWERS

Domaine Tollot-Beaut

Domaine Tollot-Beaut weaves a story that bridges generations, paying homage to winemaking traditions and the profound influence of terroir. Founded in the 1880s, Tollot-Beaut remains among the Cote de Beaune's best value and consistently rewarding growers. They pioneered domaine bottling in 1921 and now, helmed by fifth-generation Nathalie Tollot, it's a true family endeavour. Based in Chorey-Le-Beaune, their holdings span Aloxe Corton, Savigny, and Corton itself, along with the remarkable 1er Cru Beaune 'Greves' – a hidden gem vineyard.
