Szamorodni translates to "as it comes". This name reflects the natural method of harvesting whole clusters that include both botrytized (noble rot) and healthy grapes, resulting in a wine of complexity and authenticity. This versatile dry white pairs excellently with a range of dishes, such as rich, savoury foods like roasted poultry or pork with herbs, creamy risottos, or mushroom-based dishes.
