The grapes come from 15-year-old vines, hand-harvested on the 6th of September — a little later than neighbouring plots, allowing for greater ripeness while maintaining fresh acidity.

On the nose, it shows bright citrus and pear aromas, while the palate reveals a gentle creaminess and generous fruit weight. Balanced acidity keeps things lively, carrying the slightly higher alcohol with ease.
