A Valdicava Dinner with PierFilippo Abbruzzese

Join us for an evening at Trogolo, celebrating the wines and vision of PierFilippo Abbruzzese - one of the most exciting voices shaping the future of Brunello di Montalcino.

Taking place at the Tuscan-style Trogolo restaurant in London, this special dinner will showcase a selection of wines curated from PierFilippo’s work at Valdicava, an estate long regarded as one of Montalcino’s benchmarks for purity, elegance, and age-worthiness. Today, PierFilippo is at the helm of the estate, guiding its evolution while honouring the traditions that have made its wines so revered.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a seasonal menu designed to complement the structure and depth of these wines, each pairing chosen to highlight the nuance and character of Sangiovese from the celebrated Montosoli hillside.

PierFilippo will be joining us in person, offering a rare opportunity to hear first-hand about his approach in the vineyard and cellar, his thoughts on the future of Brunello, and the challenges of crafting world-class wines in a changing climate.
