"From Labourons, La Madone and Garenne. This version of Fleurie has been vinified with all the stems over 10 days cuvaison, aged in stainless steel and bottled in March under screwcap. A mix of crimson and purple. The bouquet has pure energetic Beaujolais notes, definitely some white pepper on top of the fruit. Light and fresh up front, more substantial behind, a bouquet of strawberries. Easy to open and easy to drink. Then open another one. Drink from 2023-2025. Tasted: October 2023. ****."

When we first met Jane in 2015, we were amazed to hear that her wines didn’t have a presence in the UK (with a name like Jane Eyre, how could we resist bringing her wines to the UK market?).

It’s been a real pleasure to see how her reputation has grown with accompanied critical acclaim from luminaries such as Jancis Robinson, Tim Atkin, and Neal Martin. More recently she received her RVF second star and was also awarded Negociant of the Year 2020.
